At ERD, our rings are manufactured with the finest grades of Platinum(950) and 18K gold(750) and our jewelers are held to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Prior to shipping our quality control team inspects every item of jewelry for any manufacturing defects along with our stringent evaluation prior to shipping.

Therefore we offer a lifetime warranty on all rings.and jewelry. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry or ring, please ship it back to us for review.Upon receiving the returned item we will examine the extent of the damage.For instance all jewelry insured by Jewelers Mutual is fully insured for the appraised value which includes damage or loss during the shipping and repair period.Pleae check with your insurance provider to inquire if the same provision applies to your policy for shipping and repair prior to contacting ERD for scheduling repair time frame.If the above provision is not provided by your insurance provider please ship with the United States Post office to receive maximum security for your valuable items.Request registered Mail which offers insurance up to $25,000. Insure the item in the amount of the appraised price you paid for the item or feel free to call us at 212-221-1594 for assistance.

If it was determined that the resposibility is ERD's, then there will be no cost involved and ERD will also be responsible for the shipping and insurance costs which will be fully refundable.If it is determined that that the repair needed is based on everyday wear and tear,then ERD will repair your jewelry and ring at our cost and the customer will be responsible for the insurance and shipping charges.

Due to the delicate nature of the micropave rings, the warranty will extend for 24 months from the date of delivery. All of the above conditions will be honored and assessed with the understanding that all evaluations will biased to the benefit of our customers.

ERD offers two(2) free polishings for the lifetime of the ring as well as reviewing all diamond settings.Please notify us prior to your expected visit or shipment and we will make arrangements for a speedy polishing. Shipping and insurance costs will be the responsibility of the customer.We will provide you with the costs prior to shipping.

From our history of resizing rings, it appears that approximately 50% of the time there is a slight discrepancy with the final finger size.Understanding that this is not an exact science, we offer the following:

1-If it is determined that the sizing mistake was made by ERD, then we will offer a free sizing along with shipping and insurance AT NO CHARGE.

2-If it is determined that the sizing error was not due to ERD's mistake, we will still offer a free sizing but the shipping and insurance costs will be the responsibilty of the customer.

Upon completion, our quality control team will once again thoroughly inspect and reship.

The Lifetime policy is null and void if any jeweler other than ERD has repaired our rings at any time.
