ERD offers a 30 Day money back guarantee on all diamonds and jewelry purchase with the exception of custom designed rings and jewelry. The 30 day return period begins the day you receive your purchase. This 30 day examination period provides you the opportunity to review your purchase prior to the special day of your Engagement.

Together with Federal Express and United Parcel services, we provide a free 100% safe and secure shipping process. All items are insured until they reach their destination and a signature have been obtained. Rest assured that ERD takes all available precautions to have your purchase arrive safe and secure.

In the case you wish to return your purchase for any reason there will be a $250.00 restocking fee applied which includes a pre-paid Fed Ex label fully insured along with shipping instructions to assist you in returning your purchase.

Once the package has been inspected and the item returned undamaged along with the original GIA or AGS certificate we will return your funds via a check within 10 days.
